For our client specialized in the vegetarian and vegan food market, we are looking for a packaging operator. They have a broad production range, including various food products such as meat substitutes. Our client is globally recognized for its products, aiming to provide opportunities for everyone in the realm of plant-based alternatives. At the moment you will work in the 3 shifts but you get allowance for 5 shifts. You will receive 30% extra on every hour worked, how nice is that!

Functie

What does your workday look like as a packaging operator?

  • Operating packaging equipment according to specifications;
  • Ensuring proper packaging of products according to prescribed procedures;
  • Checking the quality of packaging to meet set standards;
  • Transporting packaged products to assigned locations;
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace;
  • Immediately reporting any production incidents to the line operator or team leader.

Functie-eisen

What are the requirements for a packaging operator?

  • Minimum of 1 year proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry;
  • Strong emphasis on safety;
  • Flexible work mentality, not limited to a 9 to 5 schedule;
  • Proficient in Dutch and/or English language;
  • Possession of a VCA and forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one;
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation and transition to a 5-shift rotation in the short term.
